The Army Career Skills Program (CSP) affords transitioning Service Members the opportunity to participate in employment skills training (EST), on-the-job training (OJT), pre- apprenticeships and internships with a high probability of employment in high-demand and highly-skilled jobs. Participation must occur within the last 180 days of military service, with an honorable discharge.

Anytime Fitness

This internship focuses on the various aspects of managing a fitness center, its business operations, customer and membership services. You will receive on the job training from an experienced team. If your’e interested in becoming a personal trainer, certification is available.

Multi-Family Investments

This internship provides hands on training of multifamily acquisitions. This internship is for senior level NCOs and officers. You will work closely with the acquisitions team, learn how to vet properties, engage with realtors and brokers, and see the entire process until the deal is closed.

Short-Term Rentals

This internship focuses on the process of acquiring and operating short term rental properties. You will learn all aspects of property management, contracting, and business operations.

Real Estate

During this internship, you will work closely with experienced realtors on the process of selling and purchasing homes. You will learn the many aspects of working with potential buyers, sellers and how to analyze the housing market. We also offer assistance for personnel interested in becoming real estate agents within our company.

Entrepreneur

This internship focuses on franchising, business development and operation management of new businesses.

Marketing

This internship provides hands on experience in collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends, researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies, preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs, measuring consumer satisfaction with products or services, monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
