Short Term Rentals (AirBNB)

We have capitalized on the demanding vacation market in Hawaii by buying and managing over 10 short term rentals or AIRBNBs. Our focused market is currently in Ko Olina Resort. This resort provides a beautiful beach with lagoons, a championship golf course, five star hotels and restaurants. This resort provides everything vacationers want.

Short term rentals provide owners with the flexibility on when to rent their property and high earning potential. 

We are currently working to integrate our own property management platform to provide luxury concierge services to our guests and attention to detail management for our owners.

Alternative Investments

Financial assets that doesn’t fall into conventional asset categories, like stocks, bonds and cash. Alternative investments include private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, managed futures and collectables like art and antiques.

Investors can access alternative invests in three ways:

  1. Fund investment (such as a in a PE fund)
  2. Direct investment into a company or project (such as infrastructure or real estate)
  3. Co-investment into a portfolio company of a fund.
